This privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") is effective as of September 29, 2014, replaces any prior version in its entirety, and is applicable to Trinal Inc.’s web-based Global Project Tracking System (the “GPTS”). Trinal will continue to evaluate this Privacy Policy against new technologies, business practices, and our licensee’s needs, and may make changes to the Privacy Policy accordingly. If Trinal makes any material changes to this Privacy Policy, Trinal will notify you by email or by means of a notice on Trinal’s website's home page. Capitalized terms as used in this Privacy Policy are defined in the GPTS License and Terms of Use. |

| Policy Terms | |||
| 1. When You register to use the GPTS, Trinal collects and retains Your User Information, including but not limited to which may include Your name, company, address, email address, telephone number, and industry. When You sign on to the GPTS, Trinal may automatically receive and record information from Your computer and browser, including but not limited to Your IP address. Trinal may set and access cookies on Your computer. | |||
| 2. Trinal has physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards and security measures in place that comply with federal regulations to protect personal information about You. Trinal may update, change, and/or amend these physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards and security measures at any time without notice to You. You recognize and agree, however, that, despite Trinal’s best efforts, no procedural safeguards or security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and that Trinal shall have no liability to You if such procedural safeguards and/or security measures are breached. You shall not attempt to override or circumvent any of the procedural safeguards and/or security components embedded into the GPTS. | |||
| 3. Trinal may cooperate with and disclose Your User Information to any governmental authority, official, or agency, without giving any notice to you, in connection with any investigation, claim, or proceeding. Trinal will not disclose Your Information without Your consent except, if Trinal is required by court process or subpoena to produce or divulge Your Information or any portion thereof, then, to the extent permitted by law, Trinal shall notify You in writing prior to any such production. | |||

You understand and agree that the technical processing and transmission of the GPTS, including Your Information and Your User Information, may involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. You further understand that the technical processing and transmission of information on the GPTS, including Your Information and Your User Information, will involve transmissions over various third-party networks and the internet, over which Trinal has no control and for which Trinal shall not and cannot be liable or responsible. | |||
| 5. With respect to information, if any, that You submit or make available for inclusion on publicly accessible areas of the GPTS, You grant Trinal a license to use, distribute, reproduce, modify, adapt, and publicly display such information on the GPTS. This license exists only for as long as You elect to continue to include such information on the GPTS and will terminate at the time You remove or Trinal removes such information from the GPTS. "Publicly accessible" areas of the GPTS are those areas of the GPTS that do not include or disclose any of Your Information, from which all specific individual and project information has been removed, that are intended by Trinal to be available to the general public, and that can be accessed without the use of a password. | |||
